About Monarch Nature
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. A safe gentle hands on healing technique that uses “universal life-force energy”. The healing energy is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional, physical, psychological and spiritual healing and promote overall wellness. It is all-encompassing and can assist with balancing, healing and harmonizing all aspects of a person; body, mind, emotions and spirit. Promotes relaxation and a sense of overall well being. Additional modalities can be added to Reiki, such as sound healing, crystals and aromatherapy.
AROMATHERAPY
Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being. Aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances both physical and emotional health. Usually the oils are inhaled or applied to the body for therapeutic, physical or emotional aid. Essential oils have many benefits and have been well researched for years and have proven results. Sound Healing
Sound Healing is a restorative therapy that blends therapeutic tones, music, and vibrational instruments to support holistic well-being. Through soothing frequencies and intentional resonance, it gently nurtures the body, quiets the mind, and uplifts the soul and spirit—creating a harmonious experience that supports both energetic and physical balance. Integral Sound Healing activates the body’s natural relaxation response, helping to calm the nervous system and ease the effects of chronic stress. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks, sessions may be offered on or off the body. Whether in a private session or group sound bath, this immersive therapy promotes balance, clarity, and deep inner peace.

We take a personalized, holistic approach to wellness, combining evidence-informed aromatherapy with carefully selected techniques to support your unique health and self-care goals. Our custom essential oil blends are made with high-quality, all-natural ingredients to promote stress relief, better sleep, immune support, and emotional balance—always crafted with intention and care. Safety is our top priority. We offer individual consultations to evaluate age, allergies, sensitivities, medications, and health concerns before creating any blend, ensuring proper dilution and safe application. Working with a Certified Aromatherapist helps ensure professional guidance, personalized support, and the highest standards in essential oil safety and therapeutic use.
Location
You can book a private Reiki session at our main location at 146 Mariners Way, Port Jefferson. We also offer sessions in a few other Long Island locations, Amityville and Lindenhurst. We can come to your home or an outdoor location surrounded by nature. Our energy healing sessions are designed to promote wellness, peacefulness and relaxation, so you are open to receive and benefit from your session.

a new beginning
Monarch Nature came about, after losing both my parents 4 months apart, I needed to find ways to help me with my grief and deal with the tremendous and unexpected losses. I started studying reiki and aromatherapy. I went to grief counseling and for acupuncture. I became more interested in the benefits of essential oils, energy healing and sound therapy. I dove in head first, and became a Certified Aromatherapist, Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Sound Healer. After working in the Advertising/Design industry for over 25 years, I felt I wanted to do something more to help others feel well and deal with life’s issues that may arise. I hope to make a small difference in supporting people’s happiness and wellness.
VISION
Our vision at Monarch Nature is to assist our clients in their wellness journey, utilizing Reiki, Sound Healing and Aromatherapy. We offer custom essential oil blends to promote health and well-being. Giving back is a top priority of our mission. We have done many collaborations with non-profits, as well as, donated services and products fro individuals dealing with grief, in hospice care or going through breast cancer treatments.
