Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. A safe gentle hands on healing technique that uses “universal life-force energy”. The healing energy is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional, physical, psychological and spiritual healing and promote overall wellness. It is all-encompassing and can assist with balancing, healing and harmonizing all aspects of a person; body, mind, emotions and spirit. Promotes relaxation and a sense of overall well being. Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music, and sound healing instruments to improve our multidimensional well-being by creating a beautiful experience where all layers of our luminous energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are awakened gently and lovingly. Integral Sound Healing is highly effective at triggering our relaxation response, which counters the many symptoms caused by chronic stress, while helping to balance our whole being. Sound Healing Instruments that are easy to play can be applied both on the body and off-the-body. Sound Therapy techniques are delivered using instruments such as Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, and more, both during a one-on-one sound healing session or sound bath.

Monarch Nature came about, after losing both my parents 4 months apart, I needed to find ways to help me grieve and deal with the tremendous and unexpected losses. I started studying reiki and aromatherapy. I went to grief counseling and acupuncture. I became more interested in the benefits of essential oils and crystal healing properties. I dove in head first, and became a Certified Aromatherapist and Reiki Master Practitioner. After working in the Advertising industry for over 25 years, I felt I wanted to do something more to help others feel well and deal with life’s issues that may arise. I hope to make a small difference in supporting people’s happiness and wellness.
Our vision at Monarch Nature is to assist our clients in their wellness journey, utilizing Reiki, Sound Healing and Aromatherapy. We offer custom essential oil blends to promote health and well-being. Giving Back is a top priority of our mission.
