Through supported, long-held poses and mindful breathing, you’ll create space to unwind, recharge, and re-center.
Denise of Monarch Nature will elevate the experience with a custom essential- oil blend crafted specifically for relaxation and emotional restoration. She’ll also offer Reiki energy healing to release stress, soften tension, clear stagnant energy, and nourish you from the inside out! Give yourself permission to soften and receive. The next installment of our “Rest” series is a mindful reset after the post-holiday slump, when motivation is low and routines are hard to restart. Howard will guide a grounding meditation to restore the nervous system, followed by a slow yoga flow with an emphasis dristi (focal points) to enhance clarity, presence, and direction. Moving through warrior poses without losing the softness and ease of a slower pace, we’ll build confidence and steadiness to reconnect with our purpose.
The experience is complemented by aromatherapy and Reiki energy healing provided by Denise to help remove mental fog, restore balance, and support a fresh start in the new year.

Join Denise Rafkind-Moyano, Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master of Monarch Nature, for an intimate and heart-centered Reiki training experience at Third Season Yoga in Amityville.
The Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Level I class will be held on February from 11am–3pm, where you’ll learn the foundations and history of Reiki — a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that promotes balance, peace, and wellbeing. Reiki, meaning “universal life energy,” flows through all living things, supporting natural healing and restoring harmony to body, mind, and spirit. This class will include a guided meditations, hands-on practice, and Level 1 placement to awaken your inner healer
Continue your Reiki journey with Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Level II on March 22nd from 11am–4pm, where you’ll deepen your practice through sacred symbols, distance healing techniques, and expanded energy awareness to practice on others. Both levels are taught in a supportive, small-group setting to encourage confidence, intuition, and spiritual growth. Step into this transformative experience and discover the healing light that flows through you — a gift you can share with yourself, others, and the world. *The end portion of class will be for practice, stay as needed.
